Since a few days, my stomach is so upset, but I can't find the clue...
I rather can eat normal (a bit less), also have an appetite but I experience a continuous bad, uncomfortable feeling.
The first thing I do when my tummy hurts is thinking about what I have eaten last days. But that can not be the reason: I ate no dairy, no lactose, no fat, no new stuff.
The next thing I do is thinking about my week and the situations that happen. Tension or stress can be a reason. Ok, I've had a few little discussions with the boy (no worries, no big issues!) had to work a lot and had less sleep.
The next thing I do changing my eating habits a bit, but I have to be careful because restricting food when you have an eating disorder 'history' is not always a good idea.
I don't like to take medication, but I can feel I need some extra aid to help my stomach digesting my food better.
The best solution: KOMBUCHA.
I really experience some difference when I drink a little glass of kombucha.
And it's delicious too...
