Back to Basics

So happy we started 2012! We survived all the elaborate meals, the great desserts and the family visits. Now, back to basics. By starting my day with a huge bowl of oatmeal.
And a healthy lunch.

A whole wheat bun with filet d'Anvers, rucola, tomato, grain mustard and a bowl of chicory-curry soup.

A wish you guys all the best for 2012. I can't wait to try all the new recipes I will find on your blogs!
