Recovery Eats

Finally, I'm starting to feel better.
Since this morning, the terrible muscle pains began to decrease.
I still have a fever (37,8°C), but not a high as a few days ago.
The worst part of beeing sick was/is my total loss of appetite. Actually, even today, I can't taste anything. It's like the virus has killed every taste bud on my tongue. My holy daily oatmeal breakfast just tasted like mud. And my also holy daily tea moments: they taste tasted like dishwater. So I was obliged to leave them out of my daily foods/drinks for a while.

But after eating very less last six days, I am obliged to restart eating decent and healthy food.

Here are some pictures of my recovery eats of this morning and noon:

Chervil soup with pieces of Granny Smith apple.
It wasn't really my first intention to add an apple to my soup, but because I could not taste anything of the chervil, I decided to add a sweet/sour accent.
I liked it, but maybe I will retry it one day if my taste returns completely.

For lunch, I decided to make some greens (Brussels sprouts and spinach) with a great source of protein: prawns. With lots of curry.

Again, no taste but I likes the structure of the prawns and sprouts in my mouth.

This was much better: Fruit Porn.

Hooray for banana, pear, kiwi, raisins and sesame seeds!

Come on taste buds, I miss you guys... :(
