7 Day Work Week

Ok, new week, WORKweek! I have to work from monday until sunday, 7 days so my body will need fuel fuel fuel!

Plans to do:

1) Kill another pumpkin and make soup:


2) Make Banana Bread Bars (Thanks for the recipe Nicky!)


3) Start my days with a big bowl of oatmeal with apple and lots (!) of cinnamon.


4) Remake my easy peasy but energizing tasty Chicken Soup.


5) Eat bananas (but much bigger ones!):


Maybe a frozen one topped with a crushed gingerbread cookie?


6) Roast bananas (and freeze them) for snacking:


7) Try to make nougat and pâte de fruit.
I finally got a sugar thermometer and want to make some sweets!

Busy week but after sunday I don't have to work for two weeks!
Relaxing, chilling, no obligations. Just enjoy being together with the boy, cook together and plan some trips! Mmm, I'm looking forward to it!
