My body is still recovering from the bad flu I had.
My muscles ache and feel stiff and I just feel so so tired all day (also after 10 hours of sleep).
But my doctor says it's normal. Some people probably have to recover for 3 weeks until they feel completely healed. So do I.
I just have to be patient.
But now, time for food.
This morning, I tried a new breakfast: Grilled toast with apple and a slice of fat free bacon.
Before putting on the grill, open:

It was yummy. The saltiness of the bacon works so good with the sweet sour taste of the apple.
I felt satisfied until lunchtime!
Lunch:
Braised chicory with falafel. I just love those tiny falafel portions.
Oh, the yellow color from the chicory: that's curry. I like the combination of curry and chicory.
