Tempeh!

Today, I started with an oatmeal breakfast.
I'm glad I like it again, because my tastebuds changed a lot after being sick.
A few days ago, oatmeal still tasted like mud, but now I can appreciate it again. It's such a lovely, healthy, fulfilling breakfast!

For lunch, I tried tempeh! Yes, I feel a little embarrassed to say that it's my first time I ate it.
I just baked some pieces in a pan. I really liked it, but next time, I think I will try to marinate it, just to add soms more taste. Any suggestions are welcome.


I added the tempeh to a bowl of mixed braised vegetables and some canned cherry tomatoes. It's incredible how different the taste is with regular canned tomatoes. Canned (and fresh) cherry tomatoes taste so much better!


And for dessert: fruit porn.
Orange, banana and kiwi. Toppings: sesame seeds and raisins. Mmm...


I also have to make granola today (out of stock!), but first I need some vitamin D! Hi sun!
