New Goal

Hi guys!

I'm back at work, back home and exploring new food stuff.

Because I feel a bit washed-out, tired and dizzy for a few weeks, I really have to gain weight. The problem is my stomach is so tiny and little and can't handle large quantities of food. I'm also lactose intolerant, so eating fat cheese (mmm), ice-cream (yum), chocolate (oooh) and other good stuff is NO option. I tried to eat more at one mealtime, but I felt so sick and nauseous afterwards, I decided to search for other ways to gain weight.

Now I'm searching for some great, healthy (and some unhealthy) snacks, rich in calories.
I also plan to eat more good fat foods like fat fish (salmon, trout) avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil or coconut oil, dried fruit.

I bought some healthy high calorie snack bars:

For lunch, I ate thyme roasted pumpkin for the first time, accompanied by some left over spinach leaves and chicken breast I baked.


I loved it!

New goal!

The rules: no pressure, just relax and enjoy the foods.

  1. I don't really like snack bars... I prefer my own bakes. ;) But some healthy brs are quite tasty.
