Raspberry Cranberry Vice Cream
Ingredients (serves one)
- one very ripe banana (ca. 100 gr)
- frozen raspberries (50 gr)
- dried cranberries (20 gr)
Method
Peel your banana first, cut them into small pieces and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
Blend the frozen banana in your food processor or chopper until smooth. Add the frozen raspberries and cranberries. (The dried cranberries I used also came straight from the freezer: I like my dried fruits very cold and more chewy)
Blend the ingredients together until you get a smooth, ice-cream like pasta.
Eat straight away!
